phskyapp Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by phskyapp — whether through the website at phskyapp.best or through any affiliated application or interface — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using phskyapp immediately and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete and binding agreement between you and phskyapp. They apply to all activities carried out through your phskyapp account, including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, making deposits, requesting withdrawals, and communicating with our support team.

phskyapp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phskyapp will notify registered users through in-platform notifications, email, or a prominent notice on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on phskyapp, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required by Philippine gaming law. phskyapp does not knowingly permit minors to register or access real-money gaming services.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted for residents at the time you place bets or play casino games.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of phskyapp or any of its affiliated operating entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phskyapp or any Philippine gaming authority.
• Your account must represent yourself as an individual — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

phskyapp reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents at any time. If you cannot adequately verify your eligibility, phskyapp may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds until the matter is resolved in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Every individual may hold only one active account on phskyapp. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and any other details requested by phskyapp during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Providing false information at registration or during any subsequent verification process is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phskyapp account credentials — your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email. phskyapp will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact phskyapp support immediately.

KYC Verification

phskyapp may require you to submit identity documents — including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — as part of the KYC process. This is a regulatory requirement and not optional. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. phskyapp handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

phskyapp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱).

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed on the relevant cashier pages within your phskyapp account. phskyapp does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal Processing

phskyapp processes approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya typically within a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are generally completed within the same business day. Withdrawals are subject to standard KYC verification. phskyapp reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity or source-of-funds verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. phskyapp will not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered to the account holder.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on phskyapp are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or casino game. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules apply to that particular wager.

Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is only considered confirmed and valid once it has been accepted by the phskyapp system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets are not valid if communication errors or technical faults occur during the submission process. phskyapp will not be liable for bets that appear to have been submitted but for which no confirmation was generated.

Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body — PBA, NBA, FIBA, or other recognised sports authorities. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). phskyapp will correct any settlement errors upon review, even if the account has already been credited or debited incorrectly.

Postponed and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is postponed before it starts, all pre-game bets are void and stakes are returned. If an event is abandoned after starting but before the official completion threshold is met, bets are typically voided unless specific markets within the event have already been conclusively determined. Event-specific and market-specific rules govern these situations and are available within the phskyapp betting interface.

Maximum Winnings

phskyapp applies maximum payout limits per bet and per account per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Placing bets that exceed maximum payout thresholds will result in the excess winnings above the cap being withheld. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

phskyapp offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering multiplier has been completed. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means ₱5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games and Bets: Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino game contribution rates and minimum odds for sports bets are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time unless phskyapp expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse and Exploitation: phskyapp monitors for patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and exploitation of software errors. Accounts found engaging in these practices will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements expire at the deadline stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without replacement.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phskyapp. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phskyapp, or assisting another person to register multiple accounts.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing another person to access, operate, or bet on your phskyapp account.
• Using bots, automated software, AI tools, or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with phskyapp games.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, particularly live dealer games such as Baccarat or Tongits.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploiting errors must be returned to phskyapp.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using phskyapp as a mechanism for money laundering or any other form of financial crime.
• Attempting to access the phskyapp platform or its underlying systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions through payment providers in bad faith after losing wagers.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

phskyapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In the event of suspension related to a suspected violation, any balance in the account may be held pending investigation. phskyapp will conduct investigations in a timely manner and communicate the outcome to the affected account holder. If the investigation confirms a violation, funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited in whole or in part.

You may close your own phskyapp account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed, provided the account is in good standing.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phskyapp platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the property of phskyapp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phskyapp content without prior written permission.

Your use of the phskyapp platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the services for their intended purpose as a registered player. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

phskyapp provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable platform, phskyapp does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues outside our control, or third-party payment provider delays.

phskyapp's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

phskyapp collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the phskyapp Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering on phskyapp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

12 Responsible Gaming

phskyapp is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

If you believe your gambling behaviour is negatively impacting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, phskyapp strongly encourages you to use the available responsible gaming tools or to seek support from appropriate resources. 13 Amendments to These Terms

phskyapp may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — phskyapp will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days before the updated terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Notice of amendments will be provided via in-platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent banner on the phskyapp website. Your continued use of phskyapp after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using phskyapp and close your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of phskyapp that cannot be resolved through phskyapp's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

To initiate a complaint or dispute, you must first contact phskyapp support at support@phskyapp.best. phskyapp aims to resolve complaints within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming authority in accordance with their published procedures.
